Account Supervisor, Financial and Corporate Communications

Responsibilities

• Support and execute integrated communications programs across earned, owned, paid, and social channels
• Serve as the day-to-day client lead for financial communications accounts
• Build and maintain strong media relationships across financial, business, and trade press
• Lead media strategy development, including proactive storytelling and executive visibility
• Oversee account workflows and team operations to ensure project efficiency
• Mentor and manage junior team members to foster professional development
• Partner with senior leadership to identify organic growth and support new business pitches
• Analyze campaign performance and media results to optimize strategies

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of relevant communications experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Experience supporting financial services, private equity, hedge funds, or asset management clients
• Proven success in developing and executing media relations campaigns
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing account teams and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Existing industry contacts and relationships
