Account Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical clients
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and agency partners to lead digital strategy implementation
• Lead cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, social media, and development
• Develop detailed campaign plans, project timelines, and manage deliverables
• Manage financial forecasting, budget tracking, and target goal objectives
• Create and present client presentations, campaign results, and research findings
• Supervise and develop Account Administrator and Account Manager team members

Requirements

• 5-6 years of related industry experience in client service and digital advertising agencies
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Expertise in digital strategy, media, and technology
• Strong project management proficiency and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Financial acumen for budget management and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of web metrics and development processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with oncology, HCP, or product launch environments
• Previous experience with digital sales aid builds
• Experience managing highly technical projects involving CRM campaigns or complex portals
