Account Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agency partners to lead digital strategy implementation
• Lead cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, social media, and development to deliver finished products
• Develop detailed campaign plans, project timelines, and financial forecasts
• Manage project budgets, target goals, and status updates
• Create client presentations, campaign results, and research findings
• Supervise and develop Account Administrator and Account Manager team members

Requirements

• 5-6 years of related industry experience in client service and digital advertising agencies
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Expertise in digital strategy, media, and technology
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly technical projects involving CRM, data feeds, or complex portals
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in oncology, HCP, or product launch environments
• Previous experience with digital sales aid builds
