Account Success Lead

Responsibilities

• Close deals by negotiating treatment packages and payment terms with high-net-worth international clients
• Coordinate treatment logistics including hospital documentation, visa requirements, and travel arrangements
• Act as a luxury concierge and single point of contact for patients throughout their entire journey
• Manage financial processes including invoicing, payments, and refund policies
• Track conversion rates, revenue, and patient satisfaction metrics
• Handle escalations and problem-solve complications with hospital partners

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or customer success with a proven closing record
• Significant experience working with US or high-net-worth international clients
• Background in luxury sales, high-end hospitality, or premium concierge services
• Strong ability to manage financials and payment flows
• Excellent communication skills across chat, email, phone, and video
• Ability to work night shifts (9pm to 6am) to accommodate global timezones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, or international patient coordination
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder deals involving patients, hospitals, and families
• Proficiency in German, Spanish, Turkish, or Arabic
• Startup or founder mentality with a focus on ownership and speed
