About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic relationship for a portfolio of franchise and multi-location accounts
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies connecting national brand priorities to local market performance
  • Work cross-functionally with paid search, paid social, SEO, analytics, and technology teams
  • Lead QBRs, performance reviews, and client presentations with actionable insights
  • Identify growth opportunities including channel expansion and budget reallocation
  • Manage budget pacing, scope changes, and SOW alignment

Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital marketing with agency experience
  • Strong working knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) and SEO
  • Familiarity with GA4, Power BI, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience managing client relationships and presenting to marketing stakeholders
  • Analytical ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to franchise, multi-location, or complex distributed client structures
