About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic relationship for a portfolio of franchise and multi-location accounts
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies connecting national brand priorities to local market performance
- Work cross-functionally with paid search, paid social, SEO, analytics, and technology teams
- Lead QBRs, performance reviews, and client presentations with actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities including channel expansion and budget reallocation
- Manage budget pacing, scope changes, and SOW alignment
Requirements
- 7+ years in digital marketing with agency experience
- Strong working knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) and SEO
- Familiarity with GA4, Power BI, and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing client relationships and presenting to marketing stakeholders
- Analytical ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams

- Exposure to franchise, multi-location, or complex distributed client structures
