Donut Studios is an in-house creative studio at New Engen, purpose-built to craft high-performing, platform-native, and digital content for ambitious brands. We are a collaborative group of strategists, creators, and managers working to help brands thrive through performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships as a trusted partner
• Serve as the liaison between creative teams and clients to align campaign strategy with execution
• Analyze paid media performance on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap to provide creative recommendations
• Support the development of structured creative testing plans and messaging refinement
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and creative standards across multiple campaigns
• Prepare and quality-check client-facing presentations and performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing and client-facing experience
• Familiarity with social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Growth marketing experience
• Experience in technology or betting industries
