Account Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships for high-priority enterprise engagements
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, leading meetings and managing escalations
• Translate client feedback and business objectives into actionable direction for internal teams
• Partner with Project Management to monitor timelines and ensure high-quality delivery
• Manage project intake, kickoffs, workback schedules, and approvals for creative assets
• Review deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements
• Identify potential delivery risks and process improvements proactively

Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing account management or strategy experience in a digital marketing or creative agency
• Experience managing enterprise or B2B clients and complex stakeholders
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows and asset delivery
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management platforms
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace
• Must reside or work within the Pacific Time Zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software clients
• Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Airtable, Figma, Workfront, or Box
• Experience with paid media, organic social, or large-scale content production
• Background in growth or performance marketing
