About the role

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and develop new business through strategic outbound prospecting and proactive outreach
  • Build and cultivate a personal book of business from the ground up
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying prospects to closing deals
  • Deliver consultative technology solutions including Mobility, Fibre Internet, Business Security, and Generative AI
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships to act as a trusted technology advisor for small and medium businesses
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline records

Requirements

  • Proven ability in outbound prospecting and relationship building
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to set priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of adaptability in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous B2B or outbound sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or GONG
  • Background in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS sales
  • Multilingual proficiency
