About the role
Responsibilities
- Hunt and develop new business through strategic outbound prospecting and proactive outreach
- Build and cultivate a personal book of business from the ground up
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying prospects to closing deals
- Deliver consultative technology solutions including Mobility, Fibre Internet, Business Security, and Generative AI
- Cultivate long-term partnerships to act as a trusted technology advisor for small and medium businesses
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline records
Requirements
- Proven ability in outbound prospecting and relationship building
- Strong time management skills and the ability to set priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of adaptability in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous B2B or outbound sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or GONG
- Background in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS sales
- Multilingual proficiency
