About the role
Responsibilities
- Hunt and develop new business through strategic outbound prospecting and proactive outreach
- Build and cultivate a personal book of business from the ground up
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying prospects to closing deals
- Deliver consultative technology solutions including Mobility, Fibre Internet, Business Security, and Generative AI
- Cultivate long-term partnerships to act as a trusted technology advisor for small business owners
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline records
Requirements
- Proactive prospecting mentality with high energy for acquiring new business
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on accountability and results
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and virtual presentation skills
- Disciplined time management and ability to set priorities
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous B2B or outbound sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or GONG
- Background in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS sales
- Multilingual proficiency
