About the role

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and develop new business through strategic outbound prospecting and proactive outreach
  • Build and cultivate a personal book of business from the ground up
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying prospects to closing deals
  • Deliver consultative technology solutions including Mobility, Fibre Internet, Business Security, and Generative AI
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships to act as a trusted technology advisor for small business owners
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline records

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for personal results
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and virtual presentation skills
  • Disciplined time management and ability to set priorities
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous B2B or outbound sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or GONG
  • Background in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS sales
  • Multilingual proficiency
