Responsibilities
- Drive business goals by developing and executing sales plans for skincare and contouring product lines
- Identify customer opportunities and provide professional support, training, and empowerment to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients to understand their specific needs
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor products and business strategies
- Perform regular sales reporting and data analysis to optimize business processes and strategies
- Collaborate with internal marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure target achievement
- Adhere to all business codes of conduct and legal regulations in all sales activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Medicine, or a related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in a relevant field
- Proven experience in client management and relationship building
- Strong data analysis and learning capabilities
- Self-driven with the ability to independently develop and execute work plans
- Knowledge of skincare, medical aesthetics, and current market trends
