Account Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support for various financial products.
• Manage a high volume of calls (upwards of 100 daily) in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Interpret customer needs and deliver continuous insights and innovative solutions.
• Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while maintaining accuracy and multitasking.
• Follow all regulatory and departmental practices, procedures, and security protocols.
• Build strong customer relationships by treating every interaction with empathy, respect, and composure.

Requirements

• High school diploma (10+2), HSC, or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer interaction and support (phone or face-to-face).
• Proficient computer literacy and the ability to learn new products and systems quickly.
• Strong communication, information gathering, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and work accurately in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, or night/US-friendly shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Developing ability to use data to understand business issues and opportunities.
• Developing skills in using AI technology for automation and prompt writing.
