About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage upwards of 100 calls daily, providing comprehensive support for various financial products
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently to interpret client needs and provide insights
- Follow all regulatory and departmental practices and procedures diligently
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, composure, and sound judgment
- Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer interaction (phone or face-to-face settings)
- Strong communication, information gathering, and decision-making skills
- Proficient computer literacy and the ability to multitask across different systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or night shifts
- High school diploma, K-12 completion, or equivalent vocational/college coursework
Preferred Qualifications
- Developing ability to use data to understand business issues and opportunities
- Developing skills in using AI technology for automation and prompt writing
