About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist Business Development Manager in managing hotel partner accounts
  • Troubleshoot accounting, allotment, voucher, and room mapping issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments via communication tools and ticket systems
  • Extract data sets from system databases upon request
  • Create and share reports with the Business Development Manager
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in business development or execution roles
  • Native Korean language skills
  • Business English proficiency
  • Basic computer skills and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
