Account Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Act as the named technical partner to existing customers across the full platform including infrastructure, Models, Weave, observability, and inference
• Deepen platform adoption and identify expansion opportunities
• Strengthen relationships with key technical stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
• Partner with Account Managers on commercial motions and Specialist Field Engineers for deep domain expertise
• Represent the voice of the customer internally and surface product feedback
• Proactively address technical blockers and business-critical needs

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, AI-oriented solutions consulting, or technical field engineering
• Proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models and LLM architectures
• Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications
• Familiarity with running AI workloads on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong ability to solve complex technical problems for enterprise customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engineering and executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure for AI (GPU compute, high-performance networking, storage)
• Familiarity with PyTorch and modern LLM stacks (VLLM, langchain, LlamaIndex)
• Experience with Slurm or Kubernetes for ML job orchestration
• Experience with hyperparameter optimization and experiment tracking tools
• Background in ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps
• Experience with high-performance GPU infrastructure (NVIDIA H100/H200/B200, InfiniBand)
