Account Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own data integrity by logging critical information and identifying data defects within source documents
• Manage workflows and triage discrepancies by navigating internal and external systems to resolve inventory balances
• Drive compliance and accuracy through precise payment processing and internal audit procedures
• Support client success by handling department correspondence and processing client reports
• Safely manage highly sensitive and confidential data in accordance with strict company policies

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in a multi-faceted work environment
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Google applications
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Lenexa, Kansas

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in back-office operations, accounts receivable, or reconciliation processes (banking, accounting, or healthcare)
• Experience with broader data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree
