Account Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end retail order operations including replenishment and EDI management via Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Oversee return order processing and coordinate return forecasts with regional 3PL warehouses
• Act as the primary operational liaison with 3PL partners in China and Hong Kong to prioritize shipments
• Resolve fulfillment exceptions such as short-picks, carrier delays, and system inconsistencies
• Coordinate Account Services for New Store Opening (NSO) projects to ensure stock readiness
• Manage non-sales materials, uniforms, and store warranty queries
• Optimize workflows by drafting SOPs and utilizing data tools like Looker and Excel for reporting and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in Retail Account Service, Sales Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain Operations
• Experience in premium sports, fashion, or retail multinational brands preferred
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems
• Proficiency in Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or advanced MS Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong problem-solving and logical deduction skills
