About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day coordination between clients, supply chain stakeholders, and operations teams
- Monitor shipment performance and service KPIs across assigned accounts
- Assist in preparing business review materials, performance reports, and client presentations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service issues in internal systems
- Build working relationships with client operational contacts through consistent communication
- Support pricing and proposal processes by gathering data and benchmarking options
- Identify growth opportunities or service risks within accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with origin, destination, customs, and product teams
Requirements
- 2–4 years of client-facing experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
- Foundational understanding of ocean and/or air freight forwarding operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills with comfort working with data and performance metrics
- Collaborative and proactive problem-solving mindset
