Account Service Delivery Associate

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination between clients, supply chain stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor shipment performance and service KPIs, flagging exceptions and escalating issues proactively.
• Assist in preparing business review materials, including performance reports, data analysis, and client presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service issues, and follow-up actions within internal systems.
• Build strong working relationships with client operational contacts through consistent communication.
• Support pricing and proposal processes by gathering data and benchmarking options.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with origin, destination, customs, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of client-facing experience, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Foundational understanding of freight forwarding operations, including ocean and/or air freight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and performance metrics.
• Collaborative, team-oriented work style with a bias toward proactive problem-solving.
