About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Clinical Field Specialists (CFS) with a focus on closing business
- Maintain and support existing customers within the assigned territory
- Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff members
- Coordinate logistics and provide customer support and problem-solving
- Promote quality client and patient relations
- Maintain confidentiality of laboratory and financial information
- Adhere to all company policies, regulations, and compliance procedures
- Communicate with Natera staff and customers to ensure quality service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in medical or biological sciences
- Ability to work effectively in a startup environment
