About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and expand institutional relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and practice managers
- Drive account retention and growth by supporting existing customers and patient test cadence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical workflows, test fulfillment, and logistics
- Manage territory time and field schedules efficiently
- Educate medical professionals on digital tools and patient resources
- Collaborate with Clinical Field Specialists, Strategic Account Managers, and Medical Science Liaisons
- Analyze internal KPIs and reports to identify workflow improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant clinical/sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B or medical sales experience, or background in clinical support/nursing
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Familiarity with healthcare professionals in the Knoxville or East Tennessee region preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities and time management skills
