About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and expand institutional relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and practice managers
  • Drive account retention and growth by supporting existing customers and patient test cadence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical workflows, test fulfillment, and logistics
  • Manage territory time and field schedules efficiently
  • Educate medical professionals on digital tools and patient resources
  • Collaborate with Clinical Field Specialists, Strategic Account Managers, and Medical Science Liaisons
  • Analyze internal KPIs and reports to identify workflow improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant clinical/sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B or medical sales experience, or background in clinical support/nursing
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Familiarity with healthcare professionals in the Knoxville or East Tennessee region preferred
  • Strong analytical capabilities and time management skills
