About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales goals for the assigned territory
- Partner with a Clinical Field Specialist to manage the market
- Retain current business while driving new growth within existing customers
- Cultivate strong relationships and navigate complex clinical situations
- Analyze territory dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct effective sales calls using established sales processes
- Develop expert knowledge of Women’s Health products and services
- Ensure compliance with Sunshine Act, Stark, and Anti-Kickback regulations
- Manage expense reporting accurately and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related healthcare discipline
- 1–3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical sales
- Proven track record of sales success or competitive achievements
- Training in a recognized industry sales process (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger)
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience navigating the medical sales space
- Knowledge of Sunshine Act, Stark, and Anti-Kickback regulations
