Account Sales Manager Lead

Responsibilities

• Sell in KDP brands to maximize growth, distribution, and volume objectives
• Manage up-selling, fulfillment, and replenishment within the assigned territory
• Assist in the development of other Account Managers through monthly STS and periodic training sessions
• Monitor market execution of advertisements and POI activation in bulk stores
• Support the District Manager in day-to-day operations using company tools and apps
• Maintain coverage schedules for the team to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Participate in ongoing leadership and management training to prepare for future opportunities

Requirements

• 3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle
