Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and optimizing chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and industrial processes
• Conduct testing, perform analysis, and write technical reports for review
• Participate in business reviews and the development of commercial proposals
• Support Account Management Excellence Program activities, including Service and Value Generation Plans
• Gain hands-on experience in industrial environments and develop customer relationship skills
• Learn revenue management, margin analysis, and commercial negotiation fundamentals
• Adhere to all EHS policies and safety procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical)
• 2-4 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Valid Class-5 driver's license with willingness to travel
• Ability to travel to Sept-Iles and Chibougamau once a month
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations and chemistry concepts
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs

• Strong interest in customer-facing or sales environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and technical report writing skills
