Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute local sales and engagement activities in alignment with the Ansys Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) strategy.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with key local stakeholders, including engineers, managers, and procurement teams.
• Monitor software usage and engagement to drive adoption and ensure customer renewal.
• Identify customer pain points to uncover opportunities for additional Ansys solutions or Fluid Codes services.
• Coordinate sales and technical efforts between internal teams and external partners.
• Develop written proposals and quotations for local services and expansion opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasting for local service revenues and license growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Sales, Engineering, or Account Management.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical aptitude or basic understanding of engineering analysis (FEA/CFD).
• Proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
• Strong presentation, persuasion, and organizational skills.
• Ability to network effectively through both direct and digital methods.
