About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and drive sales growth for lab services within an assigned territory
- Develop existing account base and acquire new accounts through proactive prospecting
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to build trusted partnerships with ECP customers
- Partner with lab personnel and specialists to identify opportunities and drive branded growth
- Conduct effective account seminars for both large and small audiences
- Use analytical tools and software (SFDC, Rx Analysis, QLIK) to manage territory accounts and monitor KPIs
- Proactively address customer needs and resolve issues to maintain professional relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of proven sales experience with demonstrated results
- Strong interpersonal skills, including flexibility and adaptability
- Proficient computer and presentation skills
- Ability to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time
- Strong customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations
