Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Determine customer product needs and configure products to provide accurate quotations
• Price quotations and orders while reconciling any pricing discrepancies
• Liaise with the Engineering team to determine the technical feasibility of new products, configurations, and options
• Prepare comprehensive customer bid packages
• Act as the internal point of contact for incoming and outgoing account funnels
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of experience in account management or inside sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a customer-centric focus in all initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an OEM Manufacturing environment
