Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and resolve conflicts efficiently
• Oversee invoices and account receivables under the direction of the Account Manager
• Collaborate with the project team to maintain continuous knowledge of account status
• Ensure all company processes and procedures are followed and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate company capabilities and service offerings effectively to clients
• Provide regular reports to the Account Manager regarding account activity, status, and trends

Requirements

• BA in Business Administration or four years of related experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
• High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
