Account Receivables Associate

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounting process within the Order-to-Payment (O2P) cycle.
• Manage billing oversight, cash application, tax applications, and reconciliations.
• Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals, deferred revenue, and AR sub-ledger to General Ledger reconciliations.
• Apply IFRS principles to revenue recognition and long-term contract accounting.
• Review and interpret contracts to ensure correct accounting treatment.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and leverage digital/AI tools to increase efficiency.
• Provide guidance to junior AR and billing staff.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in accounting, Accounts Receivable, or financial reporting.
• Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS principles and revenue recognition.
• Proven experience with month-end close and reconciliation processes.
• Experience supporting audit processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Workday preferred).
• Solid understanding of the Order-to-Payment (O2P) cycle.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in team mentoring or a supervisory role.
