Account Receivable Staff

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all receivables, including patient billing, to ensure payments do not exceed due dates
• Perform bookkeeping for payments from guarantor company bills
• Maintain and update billing reference data
• Collect data and create operational reports for superiors
• Verify service transaction codes to ensure accurate doctor compensation
• Distribute specialist doctor income reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is beneficial
• High integrity and ability to maintain financial data confidentiality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite in West Jakarta
