Account Receivable Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day Pay-In and Accounts Receivable operations for B2B flows, including bookings, invoicing, receipts, and credit card settlements.
• Manage B2B invoicing and cash application, ensuring correct allocation at the booking and partner level.
• Lead end-to-end reconciliation activities between booking systems, invoicing, general ledger, and bank statements.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and data issues in collaboration with Tech, Product, and Finance teams.
• Support new B2B product launches and partner onboarding by providing operational finance support and participating in UAT.
• Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and supporting audits.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline AR processes.
• Coach and provide guidance to junior team members regarding daily transaction processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance Operations.
• Proven experience in Pay-In, Accounts Receivable, or revenue reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with large data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle.
• Prior experience in the travel, e-commerce, or online platform industry.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Experience with data or BI tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
