Account Protection Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support customer-initiated touchpoints and back-office activities to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Monitor calls, research customer queries, and resolve disputes to optimize customer experience.
• Execute assigned support processes in a timely and accurate manner according to documented guidelines.
• Achieve key performance metrics including accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry operational acumen.
• Cross-train on various processes as required by business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in humanities, arts, science, commerce, or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in fast-paced, process-driven environments.
• Proven ability to meet established productivity and quality goals.
• Strong ability to follow published procedures and established criteria accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Fraud, Bank Fraud, Account Protection, or Consumer Deposits.
