Account Payable Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Accounts Payable function
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
• Verify and reconcile supplier statements and outstanding balances
• Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations and commercial laws
• Prepare payment schedules and maintain strong cash flow controls
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment matters
• Support month-end closing activities and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience including supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Thai Accounts Payable procedures, VAT, and withholding tax
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel accounting systems
• Excellent communication skills in Thai
• English proficiency is an advantage

• Experience working in a premium or international hotel environment
