About the role
Responsibilities
- Check payment request documents for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
- Perform bank reconciliations to determine financial status and transaction failures
- Recapitulate tax deductions to serve as a basis for SPT
- Make payments and report employee taxes to ensure company tax compliance
- Collect data and prepare reports related to operational activities for superiors
- Implement quality and safety service procedures and attend required training
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the hospital industry
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and AP processes
- Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and stakeholders
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
