Account Payable Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities focusing on Accounts Receivable and Customer Service
• Process credit card payments and troubleshoot online payment issues via Bill Trust
• Coordinate customer refund requests and unapplied payments with the corporate office
• Settle outstanding payments on customer or COD accounts
• Handle customer inquiries regarding payments, collections, or billing via phone and email
• Assist with collections management to minimize outstanding receivables and DSO
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
• Support operational improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Technologist or Professional degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
• English level B2+ or C1 with strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Background in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in receiving customer payments or account management
