Account Payable Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities focusing on Accounts Receivable and Customer Service
• Process credit card payments and troubleshoot online payment issues via Bill Trust
• Coordinate customer refund requests and unapplied payments with the corporate office
• Settle outstanding payments on customer or COD accounts
• Handle customer inquiries regarding payments, collections, or billing via phone and email
• Assist with collections management to minimize outstanding receivables and DSO
• Maintain quality and confidentiality of customer and company information
• Support operational improvement activities to enhance efficiency and communication

Requirements

• Technologist or Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience
• Intermediate level of MS Excel
• English proficiency level B2+ or C1 with strong verbal and written skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in call centers or customer service
• Background in finance or accounting
• Experience receiving customer payments or account management
