About the role
Responsibilities
- Process credit card payments and resolve online payment issues via Bill Trust
- Apply payments and credits to correct customer accounts via phone or email
- Coordinate customer refund requests for duplicate or excess payments with the head office
- Coordinate unapplied payments with the AP/AR group
- Settle outstanding payments in customer or COD accounts
- Follow up on inquiries regarding payments, collections, or billing issues
- Manage incoming customer calls and emails
- Process all customer billing and payments
- Assist in collections management to minimize outstanding receivables and DSO
- Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information
- Adhere to internal standards, policies, and QHSE procedures
Requirements
- Technologist or Professional degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- English proficiency level B2+ or C1 with strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a call center environment
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in Finance or Accounting
- Experience in customer payment processing or account management
