Account Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review SOWs against account standards and maintain SOW/CO templates
• Enter invoicing milestones in client systems
• Manage team member onboarding, extensions, and client system approvals
• Oversee client laptop provisioning and returns
• Review monthly revenue allocation and perform quality checks on invoicing
• Review account expense reports and flag outliers
• Support Account Leads with sales bonus de-identification and communications
• Maintain account onboarding and offboarding SOPs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with reporting and analytics
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Basic working knowledge of CRM and demand tracking systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations, Client Operations, or Business Development functions
