About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Account Officers with credit insurance contract management
- Coordinate international actions and client platform access
- Review and validate multinational insurance contracts
- Assist with client, broker, and service desk requests
- Prepare reporting for captive insurance operations
- Help enter contract data during major account migration
- Contribute to portfolio development through tenders
- Create contract projects in France and internationally
- Identify buyers and follow credit limit requests
- Manage high volumes using team tools
Requirements
- Master’s student in business or management
- Enrolled at a university, IAE, or business school
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and collaborative mindset
- Critical thinking and ability to challenge ideas
- English proficiency, written and spoken
- Proficiency with MS Office
