Account Manager/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Consistently developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns
• Building client relationships and meeting or exceeding expectations
• Developing a clear understanding of clients’ brands, categories, and customers
• Monitoring client markets, market issues, and competitive activity
• Keeping clients informed with timely reports
• Assisting in creating project briefs and working with the wider team to develop strategies or tactics
• Managing IRL and virtual event activations
• Developing effective project plans and specification documents
• Producing accurate cost estimates and ensuring sign-off
• Ensuring all billing is completed on time
• Managing campaign budgets and expenditures
• Assisting with the production of client reviews
• Overseeing the overall quality of final deliverables
• Managing timelines

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven agency experience
• Experience with social agencies or client-side social marketing preferred
• Budget management skills
• Ability to multi-task and think strategically
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Deep connection to social media culture
• Understanding of social channels and ATL production
