Account Manager/Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals from scratch following exact recipes, specifications, and food safety guidelines
• Manage portion control, product labeling, and staging methods to ensure 100% order accuracy
• Fulfill and complete food service deliveries to customers in the Tacoma area
• Represent the company in a positive manner while providing high-level customer service
• Adhere to assigned delivery routes, schedules, and transportation laws

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and a valid WA State Food Handler’s card
• Minimum 1 year of high-volume commercial cooking experience
• At least 2 years of experience in food service account management or restaurant management
• At least 6 months of experience as a delivery driver with knowledge of the local area
• Valid driver's license and ability to qualify as an approved driver
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• Strong communication skills in English and excellent time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment
• Culinary school experience
