Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing accounts and overachieve upsell targets
  • Analyze customer business needs, technical requirements, and challenges to position appropriate Zoho offerings
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and conduct effective product demos
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying and scoping opportunities to negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and prevent churn

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of business development experience within a SaaS or software background
  • Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customer accounts and exceeding targets
  • Experience selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, or HRMS
  • Strong presentation, demo, and consultative selling skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for process management and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
