About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing accounts and overachieve upsell targets
- Analyze customer business needs, technical requirements, and challenges to position appropriate Zoho offerings
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and conduct effective product demos
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying and scoping opportunities to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and prevent churn
Requirements
- 2-3 years of business development experience within a SaaS or software background
- Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customer accounts and exceeding targets
- Experience selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, or HRMS
- Strong presentation, demo, and consultative selling skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for process management and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
