About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing accounts and overachieve upsell targets
- Analyze customer business needs, technical requirements, and challenges to position appropriate Zoho offerings
- Maintain deep product knowledge to deliver effective product demonstrations
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying and scoping opportunities to negotiation and closing
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent churn
Requirements
- 2-4 years of business development experience within a software or SaaS background
- Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customer accounts and exceeding targets
- Experience targeting mid-to-large sized companies
- Strong presentation, demo, and consultative selling skills
- Proficiency using CRM tools for process management and reporting
- Ability to work independently in a distributed environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, or HRMS
