About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing accounts and overachieve upsell targets
  • Analyze customer business needs, technical requirements, and challenges to position appropriate Zoho offerings
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to deliver effective product demonstrations
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying and scoping opportunities to negotiation and closing
  • Build long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent churn

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of business development experience within a software or SaaS background
  • Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customer accounts and exceeding targets
  • Experience targeting mid-to-large sized companies
  • Strong presentation, demo, and consultative selling skills
  • Proficiency using CRM tools for process management and reporting
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, or HRMS
