Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet overall sales objectives and quotas for key growth products through demand generation within the assigned geography.
• Successfully launch new products and service offerings while generating new equipment leads.
• Utilize solution selling capabilities to build effective relationships with targeted hospitals and veterinary personnel.
• Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan and resource allocation strategy to maximize ROI.
• Manage field activity expectations, including sales call frequency and participation in medical education programs.
• Maintain professional standards regarding integrity, compliance, and effective communication with all colleagues.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) is required.
• 3-10 years of documented and successful consultative sales experience.
• Proven knowledge of Animal Health or small animal veterinary medicine.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability and willingness to travel and work some evenings as required by the position.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while contributing to a team environment.
