Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Inherit and manage existing client portfolios from former sales representatives
• Proactively reach out to dormant clients within the CRM to re-engage trading interests
• Respond to inbound inquiries from online channels including official website and mobile APP
• Convert inbound digital leads into active trading clients through professional guidance on CFD products
• Utilize an omnichannel service model combining online communication via phone and WeChat with strategic face-to-face visits
• Monitor client trading experiences and risk management while uncovering business opportunities within regulatory frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Prior experience in CFD, securities, or brokerage industry preferred
• Native or highly fluent in Mandarin
• Strong customer-centric mindset with patience and meticulousness
• Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Articulate and logical communication skills for both online and offline settings
