Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sale support to Account Executives, including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
• Manage daily interactions with advertising agencies and direct clients to maintain television and digital schedules.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Research, and Creative Services departments to fulfill client needs and special projects.
• Partner with sales teams to identify incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign performance and results.
• Track client audience delivery using ratings, impressions, KPIs, and campaign fulfillment metrics.
• Assist with administrative sales tasks including contract maintenance, order entry, traffic, and collections.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of account management experience in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
• Proven track record of successfully retaining and growing client accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of broadcasting and digital advertising marketing solutions.
• Experience with Google Analytics and various digital advertising platforms.
