Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering trust and partnership
• Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling within existing accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to introduce new features, products, and functionalities to clients
• Guide clients in implementing solutions and optimizing their performance
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives while maintaining high client satisfaction
• Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding project status, updates, and milestones
• Engage in business travel to meet with clients and explore new market opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and present effectively to stakeholders at all levels
• Passion for sports and a solid understanding of the industry
• Willingness to travel for client engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the sports betting or iGaming industry
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project and workflow management
• Strong technical and business acumen to drive strategic client discussions
