Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with sports industry clients across Europe.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure exceptional service.
• Identify client objectives and proactively recommend sports tech products and services.
• Coordinate onboarding and support activities to ensure seamless technology adoption.
• Monitor account health and usage, providing data-driven insights to clients and management.
• Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to drive customer retention.
• Negotiate contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and organic growth.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales.
• Background in Tech or SaaS is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office suite.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A passion for sports and technology with a customer-centric mindset.
