About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive direct account growth and retention by exceeding quotas for renewal revenue (GRR) and expansion (NRR)
- Execute "land and expand" strategies to identify new business units and worker populations within existing customers
- Proactively manage the renewal process to secure multi-year master service agreements
- Own and grow platform partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for sales and product teams
- Execute co-selling motions with partners to close pipeline and act as the identity subject matter expert
- Enable partner sellers through training to recognize and position ID.me opportunities
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to translate performance data into measurable business outcomes
- Act as a strategic liaison to the Product team by channeling customer and partner feedback into the product roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying account management, customer success, or sales role
- Proven track record of managing complex deals with ACVs ranging from $100k to $1m+
- Experience with channel management, co-selling, or managing technology platform alliances
- Strong industry knowledge of enterprise HR, security, or IT sectors
- Proficiency with Salesforce and experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Formal training in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Sale
