About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on building and executing a new strategic channel retail go-to-market model
- Develop and grow relationships with key decision-makers at sales agencies
- Optimize the wholesale/specialty channel with retail roadmaps and launches
- Drive collaboration with marketing to create best-in-class merchandising
- Develop and own strategy for trade promotions and customer spending
- Manage Customer P&Ls to achieve Net Revenue and Customer Contribution objectives
- Build and execute business plans for assigned customers
- Inform customer forecasts based on established business plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail CPG
- Experience in Alternate Channels or Business Development
- Experience managing large retail accounts
- Experience with wholesale channels and independent customers
- Experience in strategic planning for growth and expansion of new channels
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in personal care or beauty industries
- Experience working with sales agencies such as Ivystone or RitzSisters
- Experience managing both brick & mortar and eCommerce retail accounts
